Welcome!

I'm Gabriel (Gabe) Simmons. Since 2023, I've taught several undergraduate classes as a lecturer at UC Davis, including Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning for Data Science, Ethics in an Age of Technology, and Probability and Statistics for Computer Science Majors.

I've published research on LLMs and AI more broadly. My recent work has to do with LLM ability to mimic humans in various capacities. Before that I worked on machine learning applications for nutrition data.
