- Note: There are printing and scanning facilities for TAs on the third floor of Kemper Hall

Scanning papers
- Scan in batches (end on the last page of one students’ work, rather than splitting in the middle)
- Remember to select the double-sided option before scanning each batch if the exams were printed double-sided
- The scanner gets overloaded if it has to email too big of a file, or too many files at once.
- 25 pages per stack is ok, I haven’t tested bigger than that.
- After scanning each bundle of papers, stack them separately.
Retrieving scanned papers
- As of Spring 2024, you can only retrieve your scanned exams via email from the scanner in the 2nd floor. I’m not sure about the third floor scanner.
- You can store yourself as a contact – avoid retyping your email multiple times
- Check your email and make sure you’ve recieved the scan for each bundle
